2. Optimized image filtering

Image property settings, whichinclude setting detection tool color, point pitch filtering of raw edge. Advanced setting can optimize image and improve its accuracy measured.



3. Multi-section Control of Ring-light Ensure Best Lighting(Option)

LED cold illuminator, four Ring-light divide models and separated 2-16 region, each of which brightness can be controlled and is shown with brightness percentage. Most often used settings can be stored and recalled at any time.

     

4. To facilitate a wide range of image tools

1. Smart image detected tool, convenient, accurate, and easy to use.

2. Besides the traditional image deteced tool that is able to measure point, line, circle and arc, the software also provides round slot and square slot.

 

3. Image magic tool – Automatically determines which tool should be used according to work piece outline and establish detected region.

   

4. Image easy get point tool - Accurate rapid measurement point may be gained according to color changing of mouse cursor.

 

5. Central edge detection tool - Cross-line automatic search edges, and when reaches close edge the cross-line flashes and changing colors automatically.

6. Circular and box tool- ensure Up and Down, and Left and Right key on keyboard to adjust diameter of the circular tool and width of the box tool.

5. Focus Combine for Three-dimensional images

Combine completely a clear three-dimensional image, and output to graphics view window to be measured. Image and measurement diagram stacks may be saved and printed.

6. Diversity Measurement Diagram Processing

1. Multi-window Display of Varity of Measurement Diagrams.

Graphics View Window provides 1-4 separated sub-windows with different angle and 3D perspective view vision, and each sub-window allows to be treated.



2. Measurement diagram and image stack ensure user a clear location of data, no longer confused.

The software enable to capture work piece image completely or read into work piece diagram and measurement diagram stack, with size lable that ensure user can see dimensions of work piece clearly as well as its deviation position.



3. Diversification of Graphics Storage format

Whatever measurement diagram or work piece graphics can be saved in common bitmap or vector format or variety of versions of AutoCad dxf format and the IGS format, or read into CAD file to compare.

 

4. 2D Measurement Feature Edit

2D measurement feature extension and abnormal point deleting enable measurement diagram to be saved without abnormal data when outputting to CAD file.

7. Manual-Focus Model Available to Reduce Burden of Eyes

Whatever there is linear scale of Z-axis or not, manual–focus function is available. To use it, user needs only move Z-axis under the guide in the drawing, easy to use. No longer is any difficulty to operate surface focusing now.

1. If no linear scale on Z-axis carry out manual focusing progress map.

 

2. If there is linear scale on Z-axis, you can get curve map for focusing.



8. Diversity Treatment to Measurement Data and Making Report At Once

Microsoft Excel available to be accessed directly, and report can be made at once after measurement completed, or you may save the data directly in Excel format or Word. Work piece file and title of report can also be inputted.

1. Microsoft Excel accessed directly when preparing report.

Prior to measurement, you need give the file path, scale and order, and after measurement you can make report at once.



2. Save file in Excel or Word format directly.

To save as Microsoft Excel or Word format, you need to configure print function, and title of your report and path of your work piece file. When print preview screen appears, you can print or save as Microsoft Excel or Word format.



3. Complete measurement data output, and configure item showing.

Measurement data can be displayed as a simple data or detailed data model. Item display can optional for each model.

9. Easy establishment of measuring procedure and icon ensure simple day-to-day operation


1. Macro recording ensures all operational procedures, automatically converted to measurement procedures to be transfer to measurement procedure automatically. User is free of trouble, Editing and revising can be carried out as soon as recoding completed.



2. During the implementation, table move direction is shown automatically which can measure automatically location and establish detection tool.



3. Users can create icon macro functions so as to measurement work simpler.



10. On-line Data Collection and Statistical Chart Making (optional)

Easy to use on-line statistical data collection including common print formats like Xbar-R, Xbar-S - S and histogram. Statistical superaddition available and the chart and table can be printed directly or transferred into Excel format.
